Mission Events

The world around us needs Jesus, whether it be locally or
globally. The PVUMC Missions & Events Team has developed a strategy to
share much needed assistance within our local community. 

Annually, the Team decides on which missions we will assist
and then we ask the Members for their assistance, whether it’s financial or
with goods.  We have a very loving and
generous Membership.

We occasionally receive special requests for immediate
assistance from local area agencies.  We call those “SOS” and will send out a special request for assistance. 

Donations should be payable to PVUMC, with comments listed
on your envelope or in the check memo line, showing which mission you are
donating for.  If it’s for the Mission of
the Month, just write MOTH and we’ll know which mission you’re giving to.  It will be reflected on your giving statement from PVUMC.

In addition to Missions, the Team works with various
internal groups to set up an events calendar for both fellowship and
fundraising.  Below is our current year
